Embarking on the quest for self-realisation takes immense courage. I took on the role of spiritual counsellor because I wanted to offer the kind of help, guidance and support I wish I had when I started my spiritual journey.
As a spiritual counsellor, coach or guide, I offer empathy and support as I help you explore the depths of your being, drawing on psychology, spirituality and my own experience to help you gain greater awareness.
I offer you a space where you can feel comfortable expressing your innermost self to heal trauma and dissolve recurring life problems from a psychospiritual perspective.
My approach is built on the fundamental belief that no matter how helpless you feel, you have the power to change your life through self-awareness, self-acceptance and self-responsibility—in short, through spiritual maturity.
Spiritual maturity is the ability to face the truth about yourself with humility and compassion. When you confront what is within you, whether painful or pleasant, you uncover the conflicting beliefs that cause your pain and suffering.
I am here to help you discover what lies at the root of your anxiety, fear and frustration, what holds you back on your quest for self-realisation, preventing you from claiming your birthright: a life of profound joy, fulfilment and love.
Your personal growth and healing journey is the most important you will ever undertake, and I am privileged to guide you every step of the way.

How do you conduct a session?
I combine listening, observation, questioning, teaching (to explain certain psychoanalytical and psycho-intuitive concepts) and exercises (e.g. guided meditation and emotional expression) to help you become aware of the subconscious patterns that cause and perpetuate the issue you are facing.
How many counselling sessions will I need?
Some people need only a few sessions to work through a specific issue whilst others benefit from ongoing counselling for a longer period. Ultimately, you decide how many sessions you need based on your situation, progress and goals.
Does your service replace professional help?
No. Consider my service a way to augment and complement professional help. I offer insights, guidance, teaching and suggestions based on experience and self-study, whereas a professional is academically trained and can make clinical diagnoses.
